Cancellation Policies
IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
I reserve the right to cancel any event due to low attendance (fewer than three), injury, or unforeseen calamity. If I must cancel an event, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another similar event.
Because we sometimes make mistakes if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, you will be granted either a full refund, minus payment processing fees, or the option to transfer to another similar event. After that, no transfers or refunds will be given for cancellations unless I can fill your spot. If you can no longer make the event, please email me; I might have someone on the waitlist.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS

After that, no transfers or refunds will be given since all online workshops can be viewed after the event via recording.
CLASS BLOCKS
All class blocks are payable in full and no refund will be given for a missed class. However, provided there is space in one of my other weekly classes, you can make up for any missed classes by attending on another day/time.
In the event that I am unwell or there is an unforeseen calamity, I reserve the right to cancel the class OR move the class to Zoom/online. In either case you will be informed with as much notice as possible. If the class needs to be cancelled another date/time will be proposed but you will always have the option of a refund or a credit against future classes.
1-2-1 COACHING for PELVIC FLOOR & CORE
The minimum commitment for the pelvic floor & core 1-2-1 coaching is three months. After that you are free to cancel at any time but you are required to give one month's notice.
If you are unable to make an in-person or online 1-2-1 session you are required to give 24 hours notice. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, rescheduling is at my discretion.
