This is for anyone with pelvic floor and core issues wanting to get stronger. It is a personal and guided programme and I support you every step of the way. We have two one-to-one sessions a month and a personal homework plan. This is all supported by extensive online material including exercise-by-exercise tutorials, movement classes and educational lessons.

Classes
My weekly in-person classes are ideal for those who enjoy an explorative, educational approach to yoga & movement. Classes are varied and taught either around particular parts of the body such as shoulders, spine and hips or around specific themes such as: balance, walking or breathing.
I also run several Move Your DNA weekend events a year. These are Nutritious Movement® weekends based on Katy Bowman’s book: Move Your DNA: Restore Your Health Through Natural Movement. The weekends go from head-to-toe teaching the exercises in the book aimed to restore range-of-motion and strengths that many of us are missing due to our modern lives.
I run regular 4 hr workshops in-person and online. These are deeper dives into specific areas of the body or movement skills and blend education and exercise.
