Collection and use of your information
Personal information is submitted through the completion of our online or hard copy enrolment and consent/waiver form.
Personally identifiable information (like names, postal addresses, email addresses etc.,) are only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. Personally identifiable information is used to register you in the program of your choice and update you when required of any possible changes to the planned services.
On our enrolment forms we collect health information and other information (age, health etc) only when relevant to the design of a safe movement/exercise regime and for the purpose of insurance. We also collect emergency contacts as we have a duty of care to you and your family.
In the case of regular contact with you for private sessions we may keep our own records of those sessions to ensure a progressive and relevant program.
Storage of Personal Information
All paper enrolment forms are stored in a locked cabinet or scanned and stored electronically and password protected. Records of private sessions are stored electronically and password protected.
Information about products, services and upcoming events
Our newsletter is issued about twice a month and provides short articles on movement, tutorials and educational material. Our newsletter also provides information about upcoming events and classes taught solely or in part by Jeannette Loram. You will be sent this information if you have voluntarily subscribed to our newsletter via this website or if you have requested to be kept up-to-date via an enrolment form or sign-up sheet at an event. You can unsubscribe at any time either via the newsletter email or by contacting us directly.
Distribution of Information
Under no circumstances do we sell any of your personal information. Your personal information is likewise not shared with any third party other than platforms and technologies required to service our business (see third party vendors below) or if we are required by law to share information with governmental agencies in the event of fraud prevention or investigation.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
-the length of time we have an ongoing business relationship with you and provide services to you.

Squarespace: Our website is hosted via Squarespace and we use their Commerce platform for selling products and services; Member Areas for hosting courses and Email campaigns for our newsletter and Acuity Scheduling for some booking processes. In each case Squarespace collects personal information needed to process your order or give you access to a course or product. When you sign-up to our newsletter or request to be added to our newsletter distribution your email is transferred to the Squarespace email marketing platform through which we send you our newsletter and updates. Jotform: We use Jotform for some online forms and contracts and their privacy policy can be found here.
